See an accountant now a days there is not much difference between having an LLC or S- corp or c- corp. A SOLE PROPRIETOR LLC is probably where you want to start. If you have any questions or are interested in an opportunity to hit the ground running send me a message. I can help you with everything you need to know and have in order to have a successful bail bonds company in your area.
